You're a teacher looking for your day

Find your school below in the calendar. Want to see first what that day actually involves — how an answer key takes shape from your lesson and blank test, and where you decide yourself — that’s the example on the homepage.

Your school isn't listed?

Then either no date has been set yet, or your school leadership chose not to list the school. Both are possible — feel free to ask whoever plans the training days.

For school leadership

Choose a day

Every working day is available unless it's already shown greyed out below. Click a free day to fill in a short form — that day is immediately held for you, for fourteen days. More on how that option works exactly →

Overview

Booked days

A school is only added here after written consent. A single listing would prove the opposite of what this list is meant to show — so until there are several, it stays empty.

No school is listed here yet.

That's not an error — it's the honest state of things at the start of this programme.

How it proceeds from there

From option to confirmed day

  1. Intake conversation, half an hour

Short, by phone or at the school. Where the team loses time today, how many teachers, and whether the tests are digital.

  2. Fourteen-day option on the date

Your date is meanwhile fixed for everyone visiting the calendar — no one else can request it during that period.

  3. Written confirmation

A short exchange back and forth, and the date is definitively fixed. Only from this point does the school appear — only with your consent — under "Booked days."

Prefer to just email?

That works just as well. Send the date you have in mind to info@teacherhelp.be, along with the school's name and the number of teachers.
